• Listing Fee: From $99 (non‑refundable)
• Sale Completion Fee: From 2% of final sale price. No sale = no completion fee.

GamBrokers Optional Professional Services

• Business Valuation: From $149

GamBrokers Transaction Services

GamBrokers provides escrow handling through regulated third‑party providers. We manage the process, release conditions, and communication between buyer and seller. A handling fee of 1% applies (minimum $200).
